Hotel Concorde Las Palmas, Las Palmas

The hotel is ideally located near the beach with plenty of dining options around. The rooms, although in need of an update, are clean and offer a great bathroom experience. The service was really helpful, especially the reception staff at night. The dining experience was excellent with a wide choice of foods, while the facilities were well-maintained. However, the rooms felt a little dated and the breakfast could be warmer.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and very clean, providing a quiet stay, but the view was disappointing, facing the walls. The service was friendly and helpful, but some improvements, like cooking omelettes fresh, could enhance the experience. The location is great for beach access and local facilities, but bad weather prevented me from using the pool. Dining was acceptable with a variety of choices but the coffee quality was lacking.
